Synopsis

A police officer died during a shootout with a suspected drug trafficker. Now, relying on the account of a fellow dealer, Brooks and Devlin are tasked with investigating a troubling possibility: did delayed backup and subsequent inaction contribute to the officer’s death, fueled by prejudice related to his sexual orientation?
