Synopsis

Kristin finds herself taken aback by Mike’s response when she expresses her desire to manage the opening of the new Outdoor Man Grill. He seems to address her more as a father figure than as her supervisor. Elsewhere, Mandy and Kyle hold onto a fragile hope that Ed will accept their offer of assistance in repairing his relationship with Wendi, his former girlfriend.
