Synopsis

Mike persuaded Kristin and Ryan to make the leap from renting to homeownership. However, when he discovered a property perfectly suited to their needs, Ryan unexpectedly shifted his position and withdrew his support. Separately, Mandy was displeased with the prospect of Eve occupying the basement – a space she also used for work – but Kyle staunchly defended Eve's right to be there.
