Synopsis

Timmy and Lassie encountered Captain Gene Holter, a man whose livelihood depended on wagering his ostriches, Romeo and Juliet, against horses at county fairs. However, when Ruth learned that Juliet had chased Timmy while fiercely protecting a newly laid egg, she forbade him from ever returning to the fairgrounds.
