Synopsis

Ron and Lassie returned from their journey to find that Mike had taken in a raccoon from the local wildlife park. The creature, whom he named Rags, seemed instantly envious of Lassie. A rivalry quickly developed between the dog and the raccoon, a feud that threatened to put both of them in danger while they were working on a house construction site.
