Synopsis

Lassie, the ring-tailed cat, becomes the rescuer when she saves a bobcat from a precarious situation. The bobcat, in turn, pursues a grouse’s nest alongside a grey fox, and soon after, an opossum threatens a horned owl’s nest. Lassie resolves the opossum problem and then calls upon the grey fox for assistance in rescuing a burrowing owl from a ferret. The bobcat eventually returns, its gaze fixed once more on the horned owl's nest.
