Synopsis

Neeka, during his vacation with Scott and Bob, finds great satisfaction assisting the park rangers at the Roaring Camp spur line, a railroad destined to traverse the magnificent redwood forest. It is there they encounter a spirited little bantam chick, whom Neeka names Fairbanks, a bird perpetually finding himself in scrapes.
