Synopsis

During an elk survey, Scott and Lassie's helicopter flight takes a perilous turn when mechanical failure forces a crash deep within the snow-covered wilderness. Bert attempts to repair the communications system, but the damage proves irreparable. Stranded, they are left with no option but to depend on their survival equipment and await rescue.
