Synopsis

Eddie, a man devoted to the sport of racing pigeons, chose an abandoned mine as the location for a test flight. A misstep sent him plummeting into a dark mineshaft, and he dispatched his feathered companion to seek assistance. For Lassie and Ranger Corey Stuart, the urgent message meant a race against time to rescue the boy before the mine's timbers gave way.
