Synopsis

The season three premiere finds Ed facing considerable difficulties. The newly renovated Montecito is racing against time to complete construction before its scheduled reopening under the direction of new boss Monica Mancuso (Lara Flynn Boyle). Simultaneously, Ed attempts to persuade Danny and his former staff to return, hoping to avert a suspected "smash-and-grab" heist plaguing other casinos. However, convincing the team proves challenging; each member harbors their own reasons for departure.
