Synopsis

A restaurateur from the local scene, and mother to a Montecito performer, finds herself targeted by a group of low-level gangsters. Seeking assistance, she turns to Frank the Repairman, a trusted friend with a past, played by Sylvester Stallone, to put an end to their attempts at extortion. As the pair moves through the ranks of the local mob, the restaurateur uncovers a surprising connection to the ringleader spanning decades. Simultaneously, Danny and Mike race against time to recover $100,000
