Synopsis

On the shores of Ritoque, a teenager is found unresponsive, the apparent victim of a drug overdose, and Commissioner Olivia Fernandez is dispatched to the scene. Simultaneously, the young men of The Pack are on the cusp of regaining their freedom. The news sparks immediate action from 1616, the activist collective led by Z, though none anticipate that one of their own will soon be taken into police custody.
