The news of Bala Hatun's treacherous death struck Osman Bey with a devastating blow. Consumed by grief and rage, he vowed to dedicate his life solely to avenging her. Discovering that Begüm Hatun was responsible for the destruction of the hut, he set forth to find both Begüm and İlbay. Bala Hatun’s death resonated deeply within the Kayı people, particularly with her children, Alaeddin, Fatma, and Orhan. Osman Bey halted the preparations for her burial in Söğüt, resolving that she would rest alon
