Synopsis

Imprisoned for her attempt on Ismihan Sultan’s life, Malhun Hatun remains a prisoner. Determined to secure her freedom, Osman Bey refuses to abandon her. Bala Hatun attempts to counsel Bengi Hatun toward truthful testimony, a course that imperils Alçiçek's safety. Lord Valens is aware of Osman Bey's intentions regarding the coronation of Sultan Mesud, and Ismihan Sultan schemes a snare for him. Caught in this confluence of events, Osman Bey finds himself increasingly besieged.
