Synopsis

Tekfur Alexis of İnegöl harbored a deep-seated desire for vengeance against the Kayı tribe for their acquisition of Kulucahisar. He launched an invasion against a Kayı caravan, and in the process, encountered Osman, whom he defeated in a fierce battle, exacting his retribution. News of this reached the Emperor, who, alarmed by the growing Turkic presence within his realm, dispatched Aya Nikola to İnegöl Castle. Nikola swiftly executed Alexis for his failure and seized control of the fortress. Fu
