Synopsis

Despite considerable hardship, Osman successfully flees the town with his warriors. Balgay encounters Yannis and Sofia, and together they resolve to form an alliance against Osman. Balgay goes so far as to raid the Kayı tribe, taking Osman's entire family captive until he arrives. Meanwhile, Konur, one of Osman’s men at arms, discovers that Kongar, a member of Balgay's retinue, is his brother, lost to him long ago.
