Synopsis

Bolstered by Tyrannis' encouragement, Hippocampus conquers his self-doubt and triumphs, earning first place for his invention at Hephaestus-Con. His victory, however, carries a bitter twist: Hephaestus had chosen him for his appearance, not his ingenuity. Deliria, seizing the opportunity for a fresh start, cultivates an image as the "goddess of no hangovers." The unintended consequence is a city-wide riot fueled by inebriation, observed with mounting dread by Shlub, who remains paralyzed by his
