Synopsis

To infiltrate the city's underworld, Kojak cultivated an image of moral decay. He indulged in extravagant purchases – suits of a richer cut than usual, and a gleaming new Cadillac – a calculated performance that drew the disapproval of Captain McNeil, who diligently sought to conserve departmental funds. This carefully constructed facade was a means to an end: to apprehend a narcotics dealer in the midst of a transaction.
