Synopsis

In Brooklyn, Chef Ramsay visits Mama Maria's, an Italian restaurant and pizzeria with a legacy spanning over twenty-five years. Originally a cherished inheritance from mother to son, it has become a source of considerable strain. The owner, weary from the relentless struggle to provide for his family, has inadvertently impacted the staff, the quality of the food, and the restaurant's overall viability. Ramsay is deeply disturbed by the discovery of twelve freezers stocked with spoiled, pre-prepa
