Synopsis

Nestled in Boston's historic North End, this Italian restaurant, a venture of sisters Rita and Lisa, has become a costly failure, pushing them into a state of willful blindness. From their abrasive treatment of both staff and patrons to the uninspired cuisine they offer, Chef Ramsay recognizes that the owners have lost command. Can Ramsay penetrate their stubborn defenses?
