Synopsis

While Kirari discusses a new drama she has been cast in with her family, a boy comes into Kirarin Cafe and passes out. Once he wakes up, he tells Kirari about how his younger sister, a musician with respiratory disease, is in the hospital and wants Kirari to visit her.
