Synopsis

A flicker of something – perhaps madness – danced in Yoko’s eyes as she considered the plastic confection. Karen, ever the instigator, countered with a suggestion of epic proportions: a super-giant parfait. “I may have been born for this!” she declared. Yoko's near-consumption of the sample elicited an involuntary interjection from Aya, who watched the unfolding scene with a mixture of amusement and apprehension.
