Synopsis

A palpable unease hangs over the newly acquired Toboggan Inn, its owners haunted by the presence of something malevolent within its walls. Drawn to the mystery, Amy Bruni, Adam Berry, and psychic medium Chip Coffey journey to Eagle Bay, New York, to conduct a pioneering investigation.
