Synopsis

Driven by ambition, Dr. Drakken plots world domination, not through brute force, but with a brainwashing shampoo: "Lather, Rinse, Obey." The product's dismal sales force him to reconsider. Seeking inspiration, he consults with Shego and discovers the power of hip-hop. He attempts to infiltrate the music scene, hoping to secure a celebrity endorsement for his shampoo. His efforts culminate in a televised competition, a desperate gamble to achieve stardom and finally make his product a success. B
