Synopsis

Caught in the act of littering, Kick finds himself assigned to highway cleanup by Officer Irwin. However, his task is complicated by a persistent rival who seems determined to impede his efforts. With Gunther’s assistance, can Kick bring this adversary to justice, or will he be overwhelmed by the very problem he's tasked with solving?
