Synopsis

A shadow hangs over the cul-de-sac, cast by the formidable Mrs. Chicarelli, who is resolved to ensure any disruption is met with consequence, all in pursuit of tranquility. Kick, Brad, and the other children find themselves in a precarious position, compelled to intervene before her relentless pursuit of order leads to an eternity of grounding.
