Synopsis

The travelers unexpectedly encountered a bitter feud between crocodiles and leopards, creatures who struggled to accept Kyururu as human. Their leader, a western lowland gorilla, proposed a bargain: he would allow Kyururu to meet a human he knew, provided she feigned a fearsome demeanor to quell the infighting among her followers.
