Synopsis

The second race of the East-West Tournament is about to begin. The competitors find themselves on a landmass composed of water, two aircraft linked together as they float upon the waves. Kazane, Tsukishita, Yoshita, and Non are all vying for victory on behalf of Setouchi. The four strive with all their might against the Suruga team, yet the situation appears dire. Can Non and their companions find a path to triumph over their rivals?
