Synopsis

To celebrate her birthday, Kees Flodder Jr. wishes to organize a reunion concert for her mother's band, but the band members are currently in detention and need to be released. Meanwhile, Donnie tackles the clogged drain of Charlotte a little too aggressively, resulting in an alarming message on the neighborhood app that causes unrest in the district.
