Synopsis

Hyacinth was resolved to make a flawless impression when she invited the new Vicar for tea and light refreshments. Her carefully laid plans, however, dissolved instantly with the arrival of Onslow and Daisy, bearing the shocking news that their father had been kidnapped by a gypsy. The day deteriorated further for the meticulously composed Hyacinth with the unexpected appearance of Rose, en route to her own funeral.
