Synopsis

After persistent urging from Kaiji, the chairman finally concedes to his challenge. However, Kaiji now faces the task of convincing the chairman to agree to the "Tissue Box Raffle" concept. His strategy appears promising, until the chairman lays down three conditions that must be met.
