Synopsis

Even after his astonishing victory over Tonegawa, Kaiji finds no true satisfaction until he defeats the chairman. In the restroom, he considers a scheme – a rigged lottery of sorts, a "Tissue Box Raffle" to overcome the man who orchestrates it all. With his preparations complete, he emerges to challenge the chairman to one final gamble.
