Synopsis

Mikoto Suou, the Red King, receives a message from a man who claims responsibility for Tatara Totsuka's death. Harnessing his power, Mikoto breaks free from his confinement and sets out to find the killer at Ashinaka High School. As HOMRA secures the school grounds for their search, the Blue King, Reishi Munakata, makes a final plea for reason with Mikoto.
