Synopsis

To safeguard the daughter of a powerful figure, a woman known as C. assumes the guise of a college student and enrolls at the University of Maryland. Her mission: to becomefriend with and protect Eliza, the President's daughter. Simultaneously, Judy endeavors to persuade Ernie to grant her membership in his Adventure Scout troop.
