The series did address certain significant issues related to juvenile crime and how the legal system handles it. However, I also felt that it sometimes came across as being too forceful in delivering its point, almost like it was trying to hammer the message home. There seemed to be a tendency toward being overly didactic, which might have contributed to the heightened emotional tone. The cases presented were numerous, but they appeared arranged from most to least engaging. I have mixed feelings about some of the actors selected, and even if we set that aside, the characters themselves weren't particularly well-developed. Around episode 6, personal narratives and romantic entanglements began appearing, but it was too late for them to be explored fully given the show’s limited 10-episode run. Ultimately, it proved to be a decent legal drama with some interesting concepts, though it never quite rose above being merely average throughout its duration.
