Synopsis

The girls encounter Chuck for the first time, and it quickly becomes apparent that he is afflicted by some form of memory loss. He seems utterly unaware of the Pluot Festival of 1965. Grandma and Mama P regard him with suspicion, convinced he is dissembling and untrustworthy. Consequently, the girls prepare a trust spell, intended to ease his transition to the present, but which also stirs dormant recollections from that long-ago festival.
