Synopsis

The accusations came swiftly and strangely. A man now stands accused of a double act of spite: first, drenching a television set with a pitcher of water, and then deflating the tires of vehicles. The alleged motive? A bitter dispute with his sister concerning Halloween candy. Elsewhere, a truck driver reported that a friend had purloined his cat, only to give the animal away while he was away on a journey.
