Synopsis

The courtroom became a forum for a stark discussion of societal safety nets when a young woman brought suit against her parents, one of whom had previously served time. Simultaneously, a young man, adrift after a sudden downturn in fortune and sheltered by a friend, found himself embroiled in legal proceedings, this time suing the very person who offered him refuge for failing to assist with his relocation.
