Synopsis

Stranded by shipwreck on the wild coast of Africa, Jonny and Hadji found refuge with a tribe of gentle, ape-like creatures—brown in color and possessing great strength—who sheltered them from two ruthless Australian poachers. These men planned to seize the boys and demand a hefty ransom. When the poachers succeeded in abducting Dr. Quest and Race as well, it fell to Jonny and Hadji to convince their ape protectors to join them in a daring rescue, and ultimately defeat their captors.
