Synopsis

During her research into marine biology within the Caribbean Sea, Dr. Quest found herself confronting a fraudulent witch doctor. He was guarding a clandestine submarine base – currently under construction by a disreputable contractor – and claiming to wield genuine voodoo magic as protection.
