Synopsis

Jotaro sought the individual behind the enigmatic footprint Stand. He evaded the Stand's pursuit by motorcycle, intending to contact Koichi and request he locate the user through the use of Echoes. Yet, the elusive Stand continued its chase. Managing to secure a cellphone, Jotaro dialed Koichi’s number, only to realize the vast ocean lay directly before him.
