Synopsis

To thwart Red Hot Chili Pepper's plan to harm Joseph Joestar, Josuke and the others made their way to the harbor. Jotaro suspected Red Hot Chili Pepper would attempt to reach Joseph’s vessel with a device requiring power, so he stationed Josuke and Koichi at the harbor, instructing them to engage the perpetrator should he appear. As Josuke wrestled with his complicated emotions regarding Joseph, the supremely confident user of Red Hot Chili Pepper revealed himself.
