Synopsis

Upon receiving acceptance to a college in New York City, Teddy Duncan (Bridgit Mendler) journeys to the East Coast, accompanied by her brother P.J. (Jason Dolley). There, she reunites with Jessie. Their plans are disrupted when a blizzard strands P.J. and Teddy in the city, prompting Jessie and the Ross children to organize a rescue.
