Synopsis

When Jessie and Ravi learn of Zuri’s extraordinary talent for chess, Jessie enters her in a competition with a grand prize of two tickets to Paris. Separately, while watching a program detailing unsolved crimes, Luke and Emma become convinced that Bertram is the notorious "Scuba Bandit," and they embark on a mission to prove it.
