Synopsis

The flamboyant Red Johnny Mac secured Jem and the Holograms for a vibrant, rock-and-roll reimagining of "Beauty and the Beast." As Jem immersed herself in the role of Beauty and became captivated by the character's complexities, her dedication bordered on obsession, leaving her utterly drained. The strain proved too great, and doctors ordered her to complete bed rest. Consequently, it fell to the Misfits to step into the spotlight and carry the show forward.
