I really enjoyed this show, at least when I was younger. I haven’t been able to track down a copy to view now that I’m older, so I can’t say whether it has aged well like G.I. Joe or if it lost its appeal as Brave Starr did. However, I do recall thinking of it as MTV for kids, or at least what the popular children watched. It felt like a mix of New Wave and a standard children's cartoon, which is probably why it appealed to so many people. Even my dad described it as "The Runaways meets Kiss," which was before my time when I was little...but since everyone likes The Runaways, he clearly wasn’t saying anything negative about it.
