Synopsis

A South African diplomat was killed when a car bomb, bearing the insignia of the extremist South African racist group known as "the Order of Blood," detonated nearby. In response, South Africa dispatched a Black police officer to Los Angeles. He immediately began pursuing Vanessa Kruger, the leader of a group aligned with the Order.
