Synopsis

Harm's initial assignment with the CIA lands him in the Philippines, where his task is to discreetly dispose of a limousine. Meanwhile, back at JAG headquarters, "Mikey" Roberts seeks out Mac's assistance. He needs Mac to serve as a character witness in a dispute concerning the honor code.
