Synopsis

Returning to Washington, D.C., Harm was taken aback to learn that Admiral Chegwidden had, in fact, processed his resignation through proper channels. Simultaneously, a female petty officer previously listed as missing in action during Desert Storm was discovered in Iraq, married to a Bedouin sheikh. Consequently, the Navy filed charges of desertion against her.
