Synopsis

The brutal murder of a female Naval officer thrusts Mac into the unenviable position of defending the suspect: a petty officer, deeply intoxicated, and with no clear memory of the night's events. Meanwhile, a Navy SEAL Commander finds himself accused of larceny and fraud – his alleged victim, the United States itself.
